This project, presented for the Young Design Award 2009 with the collaboration of Antonio Chiarugi and Piero Carassale, is a stainless steel washbasin which can reduce splashes created by its flat shape, compared to traditional washbasins. The fin-shaped part in the middle breaks in two the falling water flow and three ribs per side are able to direct the flow and drain the water.
